Age: 17
Crime: Drag racing, Resisting arrest
Skill(s): Athletic, hot-wiring, quick learner, acrobatic
Personality: Quite a hyperactive male who enjoys the rush of danger and speed. Even getting hurt during races never dampened this trait of his. Very reckless when it comes to danger and other people's feelings. He'll quickly point out something in a situation or what someone said and make a comment about it. Usually a joke most of the time. He has no patience whatsoever, which was one of the reasons to why he was arrested. Wally is mostly friendly, outgoing, goofy guy who tends to make friends quickly, even though he can be too much of annoyance with his impulsive and flirty manner. Might seem like some obnoxious goofball, but he's known to be very calculating when it comes to facing danger, even if he doesn't show it.
Notable Attributes: Street name 'Kid Flash'
History(if any): Disowned by a prestigious family, both parents being loyal to the government which Wally never gave much a glance at. His hobby had always been racing, which started at a young stage when his uncle had bought him a mini kid 4 wheeler. At first he started harmless, mindless races with his friends, then it got more addicting and more of a thrill to him as he got his own motorcycle. Soon enough one of Wally's friends at school saw the potential in Wally and brought him to a drag race which completely memorized the red head. He quickly accepted at the offer of joining in such races. Shortly after a few car lessons, Wally soon got a hang of it and slowly became a natural at the racing. Even became a well known popular drag racer. The story of him being disowned by his parents was the second time he'd and a couple of racers been chased by police and cornered. An argument followed between the West couple and their son, ending up with Wally on the streets, though he had been saving enough money to keep himself going. While crashing at a friend's place as well. His parents had warned him that the government was keeping a close eye on him, but he didn't listen. Now Wally wonders if he should've since him and most of notable drag racers had been arrested after their hideout had been infiltrated by a spy, who led the police to the next race that Wally was going to be in. Wally isn't too enthused with going to jail, but at least his police chase had became well known among the media. There had been a lot of harmful casualties on the police side in the chase.

Probably more like a rival! XD Or a sort of friendenemy! XD Teasing each other when they are together, but no mercy when on track!
